We are pleased to announce that OnTrack, which houses our office in White River Junction, Vermont, has reopened and we are now able to schedule in-person client meetings. In keeping with both local and Vermont Supreme Court guidelines, we are operating under the following rules:
- Masks are required in the office; and
- meetings with Attorney Buckholz are limited to one attendee at a time in order to ensure safe social distancing.
We will continue to use teleconferencing for meetings that require more attendees via Zoom and other internet services. We are offering mediation sessions and legal consultations that require more than one person’s attendance electronically in order to keep you moving towards resolution of your legal issues without extra concerns for your health.
