Probate and Estate Planning Intake Form

When I clerked for a firm in Norwich before taking the Vermont Bar Exam in 1995, I would often come down the stairs to the waiting area and find a couple sitting with their suitcases.  I knew when I saw the luggage that they were waiting for our estate planning partner, and that they were on their way to the airport for some long trip, having postponed their estate planning until the last minute and then being unwilling to leave town without finally putting it together.

Some folks find it difficult to think about what should happen to their belongings and possessions when they are no longer here to enjoy them. Others think that they have so little that it really isn’t worth all the bother of getting their estate plan in order. We would contend that the best gift that you can give your family, as well as yourself, is a clearly written blueprint for what they will need to do when you are no longer with them.

And we’re ready to help you reach that goal.  Please contact us to see how we can help you and your family members have the peace of mind that comes with knowing you settled your affairs with your love for them foremost in your mind.
